Debra passed away in December 2017. Debra was a resident of Rhode Island at the time of passing. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 22nd at 10am in the Mount Hope Community Baptist Church, 734 Hope St, Providence. Burial will be graveside in Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Boulevard, Providence.
