Debra Dowling

Debra was born on August 11, 1974 and passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018. Debra was a resident of Titusville, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Debra was a graduate of Titusville High School, class of 1992 and a graduate of Edinboro University, class of 1996 where she earned her teaching degree in art. No public calling hours will be observed. Private services for the family will be conducted at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, PA. Interment will be in St. Catharines Cemetery. The family asks that memorials be made to the American Heart Association 3025 French Street Erie, PA 16504.
