Owens and Brumley Funeral Home - Wichita Falls Obituary

Debra Christine Habeck, 67, passed away peacefully at her home on December 3rd, 2025, in lowa Park, Texas, surrounded by loved ones.

Debbie was born on July 16th, 1958 in Newfoundland, Canada to the late James Frazier and Dorothy (Moore) Frazier. Debbie was the middle child of seven children including: Gary Frazier, Greg Frazier, Jodi (Frazier) Fountain, Jimmy Fraizer, Daryl Frazier, and Stephanie (Frazier) Castleman.

Debbie built a life in lowa Park. She was devoted to her family, had compassion for others, and an unwavering strength that carried her throughout her life. She was a proud and loving mother to her daughter, Stevi Richter and her sons, Tyler Habeck and Josh Brown. Her heart also belonged to her husband, Bruce Habeck. Most importantly she was an amazing grandmother to her three grandchildren, Miles Richter, Marli Richter, and Kenzie Habeck who knew her best as "Lolli".

Those who knew Debbie will remember her for her dry sense of humor, "shoot it straight attitude" and unwavering loyalty.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls, Texas. All friends and family are welcome.

The family would like to express immense gratitude to Healing Hands Hospice. Thank you all for your loving care, kindness, and comfort that you afforded Debra during the final days of her life.
