DOHERTY FUNERAL SERVICE Obituary

Hamilton, Debra A. (Egan)--50, A lifelong resident of Somerville died after a short illness on September 20, 2015.

Debra was the beloved wife of Douglas Hamilton and the mother of Brandon Hamilton of Somerville. She was the daughter of Margaret Egan of Somerville and the late Edward Egan and the sister of John Gibbs and his husband Robert Hoover, Michael Gibbs and his companion Paul Rizzo, Margaret Egan and husband Robert Linehan, Patricia Devereaux, Theresa Melia, Joan Sartell, Annmarie Pladziewicz and Edward Egan. Debra was also the aunt of Juliann, Katelyn, Briana and many other nieces and nephews.

The funeral procession will be held from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) in Somerville on Friday morning, September 25, 2015 at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St.Clement Church in Somerville at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 24, from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be Gethsemane Cemetery in Boston.

Egan and Hamilton family I so sorry for the loss of Debbie . I grew up across the street and she was always so nice. God Bless Debbie.
