Debra B. Horrocks

Debra B. Horrocks, 69, of Needville, Texas passed away August 29, 2021, at a local hospital in Sugar Land, Texas.  She was born January 5, 1952, in Miami, Florida to Charles Edward and Fern Brandt.

She is preceded in death by her father Charles Edward Brandt; her grandson Jake Horrocks.

She is survived by her loving husband Billy Jack Horrocks; her mother Fern Brandt; her daughter Jennifer Horrocks-Milligan; her son Jason Horrocks and wife Sheri; her grandchildren Natalee Hernandez, Gavin Horrocks, Mckinzee Horrocks and Aiden Horrocks.  She also leaves behind a host of other loving family members and friends.

Family will have a private memorial.
