Debra Altizer Quesenberry, 70, of Fairlawn, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024. She was a legal secretary with Turk and Turk Law Offices and a member of New River Fellowship. Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene D. Altizer; and brother, David Carlton Altizer.
