Decker Bristow

It has been forever since I saw Decker, probably down at the Piankatank when Julia and Walker were alive when we were vacationing near there with the William Decker's or maybe at Bill and Marilyn Decker's wedding. (Bill is my first cousin; his mother Ruby and my mother Ruth were Dillard twins.) But even that long ago I have such good memories of him and am sorry that we did not see each other since then. It is good to read about his career and warm to hear of his continued love for the farm...

It seems like a million years ago that we worked together for GE here in Hendersonville. Everyday members of that old group pass away, but I guess that is how it should be. It was a pretty good group to work with!!
