Declan passed away in August 2018. Declan was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing. A 2018 magna cum laude graduate of Scott High School, Declan had a keen mind and a gift to build or fix things that interested him, and enrolled at the University of Louisville to study chemistry. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at St Patrick Church in Taylor Mill, Kentucky from 11am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm. Those wishing to may make memorial contributions to the Kenton County Animal Shelter, 1020 Mary Laidley Dr, Covington, Ky. 41017.
