Not sure what to say?

So very sad to learn of Dee Dee's passing. She and Bob worked tirelessly to give crime victims a voice and rights in Oregon. We are indebted to her. Her courage and compassion was beyond comparison. Rest in peace, Dee Dee--I know you're rejoicing in your reunion.

She was special to so many people, and was always an important part of my life. I will miss her greatly, especially her impish grin or wicked laugh when she was reminiscing on the past or making acute comments on the world. Life was not always kind to her, but she loved it anyway.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Dee Dee was a mother to the world and a treasure to everyone who knew her. My heart goes out to her family and friends. All of us will miss her strength, kindness and laughter.

Thank you to all the family and friends who have expressed their condolences to my brother Mike and me. We have received dozens and dozens of calls and texts. We hope to see you this weekend at the Burial Service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday October 14th at Twins Oaks Memorial Garden in Albany, and/or the Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday October 15th at the Charbonneau Country Club. If you wish to contact us, I can be reached at 971-212-8098. With sincere appreciation,

My sincere condolences to the family. The first year without your loved one can be so hard to face, but the love of family and friends can carry you through. Please lean on God for comfort during this most difficult time because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:6,7).

We are so tremendously sad to say goodbye to Aunt Dee Dee. She was an amazing woman with an equally amazing and colorful life, filled with tragedies but also with a lot of love and joy. Her memory lives on in the thousands of lives she touched and people she embraced around the world. Sweet rest Auntie Dee. . .
