Not sure what to say?

I have many fond memories of Dee and the entire family. Many memories include Dee taking us shopping in Grand Rapids, playing games in Tawas and great conversations. I have kept both baby outfits she lovingly knitted for my kids. A smart, caring and gentle soul. Blessed to have known Dee and thankful she was part of my life.

I have fond memories of the hours spent at the bridge table as Dee was patient with the new beginner. Other good memories include sailing on Lake Huron while sipping Long Island Iced Tea and /or Scotch.

I have very fond memories growing up with the Reed family. My favorite memory is learning photography, developing the back and white film in the Reed's dark room, and see the picture I took just minutes earlier come to life!!! Dee, Harry and the Reed family will always be in my thoughts and heart.

I met Dee in 1958 at an AAUW (American Association of University Women) meeting in Pontiac, MI. Don and I became life-long friends with Dee and Harry and their family. They felt the same toward our family. They taught is bridge.
WE shared trips, large and small celebrations for both families.
I consider Dee a fourth sister and soulmate.
Pleasant memories will sustain all.

I knew Dee when I was a teenager and dating her son, Jim. She was always so kind and thoughtful. I had lost my mom when I was 13 and Dee seemed to know how to say just the right things when I was struggling. I always felt she believed in me and saw my potential, even under all the craziness of the teen years. I have no doubt she made a huge impact in many people's lives. I know she made a difference in mine. RIP, Dee. Thank you.

Deepest condolences to the family. Ms. Reed will be missed dearly. Keep her memories close at heart. Thoughts and prayers.
