My heart goes out to all of you as you mourn your mom's death. I am so sorry I missed the visitation but please know that you were in my prayers. Dee was such a beautiful lady, inside and out, and I know she is now with the Savior that she adored and sang about. I am so sorry I missed being there at the visitation but you were all on my mind and my heart was saddened to hear of Dee's passing. May God's comfort be upon all of you in this difficult time. It's been a year and 1/2 since my mom passed and not a day goes by that something she would have said or done doesn't go through my mind and heart. I even clear my throat sometimes and it sounds like her and my heart smiles because I know that she is where she is supposed to be....

Our deepest sympathy goes to the family and friends. Our Dad,Richard Smith, who passed in Nov. played along with Dee and Carl in their country band for years. You will be sadly missed by so many. Maria(Smith-Monroe)
