To Pearl and the family!
Joan and I just learned of the loss of Delbert, a long time dear friend from high school. Pearl our prayers are with you and if we ever get up there we will find of way of visiting. At church this morning we will thank the Lord for giving us Delbert as ask the Lord to bless him, as Delbert is beside the Lord now. May God bless you all!

Delbert was a Centralian through and through. He was a key advisor during my time as National Alumni President. The university family owes him a debt of gratitude.

I, knew both Charlie And Del from the fact that I am a member from the clas of '51.I enjojoyed being around them at some of the various class reunions.My prayers go out to all members of the Flowers family

To the Flowers Family-- My dad , LeCount R. Davis Sr., told me of Mr. Flowers death and I wanted to offer my condolences. Our family had the football connection with your family among Im sure, other connections. My brother, Garland Davis (now deceased) played football i think, with David or Duane or both. I only knew Mr. Flowers a short time. Every time he had a new grandchild, he would get a "baby" trophy with name of baby, weight, length, and date.
