Not sure what to say?

I'll always remember Uncle Delbert forhis strong work ethic and his ability to tell a joke and never let on that it is indeed a joke. All the times that Dad and I would go fishing we would always stop and talk with him and Betty Jo not out of politeness but because he was such a great person with character. I'll never forget the "rock" concerts he would host for some of Dad's student from school. A trailer, a tractor , and a bunch of boys throwing rocks onto the trailer on an early Saturday...

Uncle Delbert was such a wonderful person with great integrity and a work ethic that is no longer seen in today's society. It was such a pleasure to know you. I came for a visit and ended up staying and you treated me as part of the family. I am so grateful to have known you, even if it was a short time....you and your family will always be in my heart and prayers. God Bless

Dad you were the best father-in-law a girl could ever ask for. You welcomed me into the family and made me feel like I had always been.I loved making those homemade rolls for you dad and will always remember the time you wanted them when you came home from the hospital.I offered to bring you some to the hospital and you wanted to wait so you could get in the middle of em. I will miss you Dad and wished we would have had more than 5 years to have known each other but thankful for the 5 years...

God Speed Uncle Doobie. You were tops in all our books. You were a worker's worker and the best Uncle that a kid ever had. It has been a pleasure to have known and loved you for this lifetime. We will see you on the other side. Love--Dent & Gail & Kids
