Carol,Linda, Steve and families: You are in my thoughts and prayers. I talked to Deb almost every week and I will miss him. He and Teresa were my favorite brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We will miss seeing Delbert out and about on the street. I have known him since I was a little kid and would always ask him about his lawn. He loved to tell my boys how I would always ask why he would waste time pulling weeds when they would just grow back. He was the friendliest neighbor and always willing to lend a hand. This street will not be the same without him and he will be sorely missed. Our best to Delbert's family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember Delbert as the neighbor who would do anything for you. Delbert has done countless good deeds for my mother over the years. She could always count on Delbert to fix something for her or take her anywhere she need to go. I am very greatful for his kindness. My thought and prayers are with his family and friends.
