Delbert Nave

Delbert was my clarinet teacher in HS - 1980. We were driving by his old neighborhood yesterday and I mentioned to my kids "this is where my HS clarinet teacher lived". They replied - do you think he still lives there?. Not realizing he had gone to live with his heavenly father - I am very sorry for his passing. He will always hold a special place in my heart and my hands. He taught me to be the best clarinet player I could be. Rest in Peace Delber Nave

Karen. I'm sadden to hear of the loss of your dear brother Delbert. He was in our class of 1973. I last saw him, at our 30 year reunion. He was a wonderful young man and loved by all who knew him. So very sorry to hear of Delbert's passing... I have many fond memories of our days in Stovall Jr. High and Aldine High School bands. He was always smiling, so pleasant, and was a great friend! He will be missed...
