To Delbert's family - I attended school with Delbert in Westville, OK for many years. I remember his quiet personality, his kind ways, his athletic ability in football and basketball, his attendance at school every day no matter the weather, (he walked about 8 blocks to and from school morning, noon, and afternoon), his cooperation with all classmates, and his smile and friendly attitude.
