    Delcie Williams Hatfield, 84, of McAndrews, KY, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Pikeville Medical Center. Delcie was born January 31, 1941, at McAndrews, KY, to the late Epp McCoy and Gladys Chapman. Delcie is also preceded in death by her husband, Fred F. Williams; her step father, Bobby Chapman and brothers, Dexter McCoy and Paul May. Delcie was a homemaker and loved to garden, working in her yard and planting flowers.  Delcie's grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the love of her life. Delcie was a member of the Octavia Freewill Baptist Church, where she loved to sing.
     Delcie is survived by her children, Freddie (Robin Blackburn) Williams of McAndrews, KY, Rodney (Rhonda Jones) Williams of McAndrews, KY, Michelle Williams (Rodney) Nunley of Chattaroy, WV, Gina S. Williams (Jonah) Hatfield of Ransom, KY, and Michael Sean Willliams of Covington, KY. Delcie is also survived by her siblings, Dreama Varney of Belfry, KY, Vernice Deskins of Catlettsburg, KY, Bobby Chapman of Huntington, WV, Everette McCoy and Eppalene Blackburn; her grandchildren, Kristyn N. Williams, Kameron T.S. Williams, Micah P. Hardesty, Ethan T. Williams, Elijah T. Williams, Michael B. Ray, Hailei J. Nunley, Jonah D. Hatfield II, Megan P. Hatfield, Joshua B. Hatfield, Gia V. Hatfield, Joseph F. Hatfield, and Madison P. Copley; her great-grandchildren, Maleah M. Maynard, Mia M. Hardesty, Nikoli H. Hardesty, Easton L. Mahon, Jonah D. Hatfield III, Samuel D. Hatfield, Oliver D. Hatfield, Quinn R. D. Hatfield and Sonny A. Hatfield and a host of loving family and friends.
      The visitation will be held Saturday May 24, 2025, from 6 - 9 PM at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home. 
The funeral will be held at 1 PM Sunday May 25, 2025, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with Gerria Reynolds and Dennis Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow at Williams Family cemetery, McAndrews, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. In lieu of traditional flowers, the family requests perennial bulb flowers, to plant on her grave so she will always have a garden. R. E. Delcie, and Dexter, Her Brother, were my Classmates in Belfry Elementary School, in the 2nd Grade. They were the First Twins that I had ever seen, and We all Loved them. Prayers for all of the Family, especially Maleah, Her Great Grandaughter, as well as Ours.
