I called Delia today not realizing she passed. We met at work back in 2012, andcremained friends, thoigh I left Texas. I am in disbelief. I can't hold back the tears. She was a dear friend that I will miss forever. R.I.H. my dearest friend. You will be missed. Love you Sis, as we always called each other.

We miss you so much I can't even put it into words my world is not the same with out you the long talks the visits the laughts the hugs the good the bad the ugly I promise to hold close to me an cherish the secrets to carry to my own grave the most toughest strongest yet the most caring loveing grandmother of all the ones I have met in my life time I miss you dee you were like a mother to me an I'm forever thankful blessed grateful for the time we shared until we meet again rest in peace.

Delia, You were my account manager here at Deephaven. We always kept a positive attitude together. You told me your favorite perfume was Channel 5. You left an imprint on me with your genuine spirit. You will be missed.

I worked with Delia on multiple loans at Deephaven Mortgage. She was always positive and a joy to work with. We connected instantly. I have not known her long but her memory will be held near and dear to my heart.
