Della Nowak, 95, tender loving mother of seven, joined her late husband Adolph and baby daughter Jeanne on Sept. 2, 2012. She is survived by her children, Nancy (Tom) Hirtz, Fred (Micki), Rita (Rick) LaBarbara, Julie (Larry) Ojeda, Don (Carol), and Tom (Karen), 16 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and her beloved pup Buddy. A long time resident of Oak Forest and Chicago's Roseland neighborhood, Della was a faithful member of Saint Damian parish. She was a seventy-five year member of the La Dee Das, and her many friends cherished her joyful sense of humor, her optimistic outlook and her wonderful cooking. Donations may be made to MIMA and the Dawn Brancheau Foundation. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park. Funeral Friday, Family and Friends will meet directly at St. Damian Church, 5250 W. 155th St., Oak Forest for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Private. (708) 614-9900
