Not sure what to say?

To the family della was a good actress and singer my favorite movie she played in was harlem nights, and when she stared in that's so raven she will be missed.

You have gone where the angles sing,
where the light will always shine on
your face, you have gone to that beautiful place where you will always be in God's
Amazing Grace.

In God's arms you can always smile, and
have His unconditional love, and where you
will always be at peace with Him up above.

You will be missed, but I know that you will
always be okay, and your smile will forever live
In our hearts everyday.

I loved your acting, songs and the fact that when ever I saw your big bright smile no matter how down I was you made me smile. You are in the presence of your Father. WELL DONE R.I.P. You are loved and will be missed. So long for now. Deborah Chism

She was my favorite gospel singer and actress and she will be missed and loved.

I grew up watching Touch By An Angel. I have always wanted to meet her in person. In my early 20's the front of my hair started turning gray. People always wanted me to color my hair. I would say no because I want the Della Reese salt and pepper hair. I always found myself googling her name to keep up with her. I didn't know her but I felt like I did. I learned about Mrs. Della Reese when I was 11 years old and now I'm 35. She left a large impact on my life. Only if I had the chance just to...

I loved you in touch by an angel because you were an angel too friends and family member and loving person too all your fans and will be totally missed.

A beautiful voice was silenced when you left us Della. I will always remember you as a beautiful angel. Rest well with your daughter. Till we all are together again. Watch over all of us. My condolences to your family. RIP

Della Reese was a favorite singer of mine and then as a guest on the Johnny Carson show I thought she was legendary. Her TV series was one of hope through many kinds of events that come up in one's life and seemed very real. But my favorite memory of her was in December, 1970 when we were attending the White House Conference on Children and several of us from the Health section went to where she was making one of her first comebacks after that horrible time when she walked into the glass...
