Delma Damos

I have the great joy to know Christina Damos, the granddaughter of Delma Damos. When I found out that she was related to my administrator from Waukegan High School I was thrilled. I had fond memories of Mrs Damos when she was the Dean of Girls.

I cannot say I was the best student in the early 70s, but she was patient, kind, and tough when she needed to be. I am so glad she lived a long, diverse, and full life. I know she was loved by many.

Sending my condolences to you and your entire family. Christina is an amazing person and teacher--lucky to have her at Prairie Trail!

Thinking of everyone. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give back to Delma all she gave to me. She always has and always will be very special in my heart.

I was in PEO with Delma when I lived in Galesburg. I always enjoyed chatting with her before the meetings.

Dave, Donn and Family,
Mark and I always enjoyed your mom when she visited Christina and Ted. She was so kind and thoughtful always caring about how we were doing and was truly interested in our lives and our children's lives. I know she will be greatly missed, but is now in the most beautiful peaceful place. We will lift all of you up in prayer this weekend and in the coming weeks. Love to all - Linda and Mark Arthur
