Delmar was born on September 4, 1933 and passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018. Delmar was a resident of Belle, Missouri at the time of passing. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Belle Church of Christ. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Manuel Seaton officiating.
