Dear family, I am deeply saddened that I am just finding out about cousin Delmer's passing. And that I didn't get to talk with my dear cousin before he died this summer, and feel terrible that I didn't check in on him before now. Very sorry to hear of Delmer's passing. He was a true friend to his classmates at Union High. I also visited him. Kay and Arvin Hullinger a few times in their Quonset hut at Utah State. Accept my condolences,
