My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Deloris was a strong woman. Her strength brought her through so much pain. I know she is happy to be reunited with those she missed so much. I will never forget her ability to crack a joke or pull a prank when people needed to be able to smile. It´s where Wallie got it from. My heart is with you through this difficult time.

I worked with Ms. Howard years ago when we were Psychiatric aides at the Benjamin Rush Center. I still remember her bringing a track & field scrapbook of her son Wallie Howard. She was a nice and respectful individual. My memories of her are all positive.
