Not sure what to say?

Delores was probably one of the nicest, sweetest, most considerate woman I know. She would call me when she would cook sometimes and I was off to her house when she lived on fiftieth street. All she had to do was call and I was there! What a fantastic cook she was and what a great friend. She went to my hometown of Davenport, Iowa with me just for fun but also when I was being honored by my Union, she was there. There are so many stories I could tell of our friendship and the great times we...

I will always keep the memories of my friend for 30yrs close to my heart, she was like a sister to me, my family will miss her deeply. You guys take care and God bless each of you.

Delores, thank you so much for being the "girlfriend" to my mother (Clara New), and a confidante to me. It was wonderful to hear my mother laughing as she told me about the conversations the two of you shared. Your giving spirit won't be missed, as you've "passed it forward" to us. You are my "dreamcatcher". We miss you.

Family of Delores Mantilla
I'm offering my condolences to let you know I'm sorry for your loss. Delores and I use to do volunteer work together at church, didn't get to know her well. I pray for GOD to give you comfort during this time of breavement.
Love

We first met "D" here at the Schroeder YMCA where she was participating in our Parkinsons class. We always commented to her on her fun accessories such as her beautiful purse with family members on it and her funky glasses. We were very sad to hear the news of her passing. She brightened up our Tuesdays and Thursdays at the membership desk and her smile will be so very missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

I met Ms. Mantilla only once, this was on December 1, at my churche's annual Christmas gathering. Learning of her passing made me sad, however, from this first and only meeting, I knew she was a gift sent from God. May you find comfort in knowing she is with her Father in Heaven.

A smile that lit up any room she entered, a heart filled with love for all she knew, a one of a kind woman I will never forget.

Jose, Tony and Pam your families are in my prayers.

Leon & Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

With Sympathy, Love & Prayers,

Felix:

I apologize that I will be unable to attend the funeral services, however, please know that I have you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

May knowing you're in the hearts and thoughts of others help you and yours through this time of sorrow.

With Deepest Sympathy.
