Deloris I. Roth, 83, Bismarck, formerly of Elgin, died July 26, 2016, at Sheyenne Care Center, Valley City. Services will be held at 11 a.m. CDT Monday, Aug. 1, at Bethel Lutheran Church, Bismarck. Further arrangements are pending with the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home, Elgin.
