Carney-Mackey Funeral Home - Baton Rouge Obituary

A loving, caring, humble young man who worked really hard. Loved to spend time with his dad Donald aka Bear. He loved his brothers and sisters and they loved him also. He had a very special niece whom he loved very much the apple of his eye. The smile he had would lighten a dull place and loved to have family and friends around laughing and enjoying life. He was very bright young man with a promising future but God had better plans for him and tasks upon the Golden Shore.

Not sure what to say?

To Marcia, Rodney,Velma & Family
I was shocked and saddened to hear of DeMarcus' passing. (Gone too soon). Yet, we know that GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL. So let us draw nearer to HIM and find peace in HIS comfort."Blessed are those who mourn..."
You are in my prayers.

R.I.P Demarcus

will keep you're family in prayer

My heart goes out to the Rheams family. Earth has no sorrow that heaven can't heal, but to be absent from the body is to be present with the lord. Rest on Demarcus and take your rest, we all loved you, but God loved you best. Marcia hold on to God's unchanging hands. God ask us to forgive because His promise is that we will see our loved ones again as sisters and brothers and have one father. I will continue to pray for this family. And Demarcus, I'll see you on the other side. I love you...
