Dena L. Geelhoed

Thinking of Harold and the family on the third anniversary of Dena's passing. I continue to keep all of you close in thoughts and prayer during this holiday weekend.

Dear Geelhoed children & grandchildren,
Your mom/grandma was such a beautiful Christian woman.
I knew her from both Sherman St and Brookside Churches
and always enjoyed a conversation about family and camping.
You will miss her but what a peace to know that she is with
Jesus and she recognizes Him with no dementia !!

Such a dear sweet women so proud of her boys. We watched Harold and the Geelhoed family make it to church at the last minute for years. So many fond memories of the entire family. RIP Woman of grace. Condolences to the family.

Dena was a dear friend who I helped along in her journey with dementia. I will always remember playing the piano and singing with her, making meals together, giving her manicures and doing her hair. She was a delight to be around, and shared her faith with me in many conversations. My heartfelt condolences to Harold, who is like a father to me. Blessings to the Geelhoed family.
