Our family is thinking of all of you at this time.
Love, the Clyde and Ellen Avery Family

Denee was an amazing person who not only loved the students at Emerson Elementary School, but she taught them through her example. Our children all remember her fondly, especially our son Nick. He and his friend Ben Botcher enjoyed helping Denee empty the garbage's at the school every day after lunch. They learned service, and kindness and hard work. She made them the most beautiful quilts to thank them at the end of the school year. She always had a smile on her sweet face and worked...

Denee is one of those people who made the world a better place each and every day. She had such love in her heart for kids, and parents, and teachers that she made our Emerson School a home for all. She is fondly remembered by my whole family: she even trained my son to be a "custodial artist," as he so eloquently shared on resumes thereafter! I was happy to bump into her at the Rehab Center as well. I know the heavens are brighter with Denee there. Blessings to you.

My name is Tiffany Bullock, and had the pleasure of working with Denee while teaching at Emerson Elementary. Denee was such a wonderful woman, she was so thoughtful, caring, and always had a smile on her face no matter what. She was one of the most loving and giving people I have ever met. What a difference she made in the world with her love and ability to put others first. She was a true gem and I feel lucky to have known her.

I have very fond memories of Denee while she was custodian at Emerson. It was my first teaching position and she was so very friendly to me. Prayers for the family
