I went online to try to find a number to contact my dear friend, who was so loving to me and impactful to my development as a woman, mother and a being in this world at a key time in my life.

I cannot begin to express my heartbreak upon learning the she had gone Home. I wish I had one more opportunity to sit in her light, hear her voice and that laugh (oh, that laugh), see that beautiful smile.

I first met Denice when she worked for the Department of Higher Ed. Denice was taken off the job to work for Local 1031. We worked together for many years. Iknow Denice is probably organizing the angels now! She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers go to Denice and her family.
