To the Miranda Family;
I meet Denis while stationed at VP-8 in Maine. I was a rescue swimmer prior to meeting him. He and I spoke many times about what he needed to do to become a crewmember within this community. I watched Denis grow advance the next couple of years and he was so excited when he found out he got an "A" school. I knew he would excel in which ever field he chose. To the Miranda Family,
I first met Dennis in Maine and in a very short time, he became a very good friend of mine and i miss dearly. We lost contact when we went our ways do to deployments. I was shocked to hear this news not too long ago and I'm sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences goes out to the Miranda family.

You were the friend every parent hoped to find their kid with. Dennis , you have never left us all, your strength. Goodness, and love carries on so alive in so many hearts
