Hello to Denis' family. I am so sorry for this late entry, but I only just found out that Denis had left us to join his ancestors. I was going to refer a student to him, and she found his obituary. Denis and I were grad students together in San Francisco, and my partner Jim and I invited him up to Lake Tahoe to ski with us.
