Denise L. Gillaugh, 48, of Cedarville, was killed while traveling south on U.S. 42 north of the Tarbox Cemetery Road intersection when she went off the road, according to Ohio Highway Patrol Lt. Marty Fellure.

my husband and I are so sorry for your loss. My husband was one of the men who stop when they saw the van in the creek right after the tragic accident happened and he was so heartbroken when he reolize what had happen. please know our prayers are with your family.
