I sang with Denise at the Church of the Advent many years ago. For some reason I decided to search for her tonight as I am visiting the Boston area. I am sad to read about her passing this spring. She was a lovely person, wonderful singer and fun to be with.

Denise, inspiring and encouraging, truly lived and truly loved. The story of her talents and pursuits are like pieces of a clever jigsaw puzzle, resulting in the most amazing and unique piece of art. Memorable, priceless, irreplaceable, our Aunt Denise.

I met Denise when she joined a show I was directing for the Beethoven Society of Melrose. I thought she was just fantastic. I listened many times to her CD. Such an outstanding singer and musician. I am so blessed to have known her. She was a gift.

I knew Denise as an art quilter. She was so talented, her quilts were fabulous, and she always added great fun and camaraderie to our groups. I will miss her so much.

Denise shared her wonderful voice and her tile artistry with us. In fact, every time we see our tile floor, we are reminded of Denise's gift to us. We are holding Richard and her family in our hearts.
