Not sure what to say?

My son had the privilege of having Denise for his 3rd grade teacher. It was her first year at Magill and she was not familiar with the school. It didn't take her long to acclimate. Her warm personality and her sense of humor made it easy to adjust to a new school. It was a joy to be her "room mom". Denise would tease my son Bradley that he had to give her a hug before he left for the day. I received Christian books from her and in them she expresses her faith in God. I know she is at...

Denise was a wonderful neighbor across the street from us; for nearly 11 years. She will be missed.

I met Denise 20 years ago when we first came to Georgia together. We were at a TPAI training for teachers new to the state. We both had jobs at the same school and from that meeting we became good friends and neighbors. She was an inspiration and she will be missed. My prayers are with her sons and her family.

Teaching with Denise was a privilege. She taught with her heart everyday and always knew and encouraged her students' strengths. I became a better educator from knowing her. She led by example. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I worked with Denise at Magill Elementary School and will always remember her for her optimism and her faith in God. I know she's at home with the Lord today and free of the terrible pain of the last several months, but she will
be missed by the teachers and students who knew her. My
prayer for her family is that
they find both comfort and joy
in the memories of their time together with Denise.

It was truly an honor to work with Denise for many years at JC Magill Elementary. She always had a smile on her face and would always have a "joke" for me in the hall!
I hope her family will cherish their wonderful memories.

I sure enjoyed knowing and teaching with Denise for several years. She always had a smile on her face and an excitement for life. She openly shared her Christian faith and was an example to all. I am thrilled that she is home now and is no longer in any pain!
