Not sure what to say?

Peg, I just this week heard of her passing. She was such a good friend to me at the Green House. I´m sorry for your loss. Blessings of comfort be with you. Her nurse at the Green House

Neecie was my across-the-street neighbor in the years 1958-63. We graduated from IHM together in 1964 but went to different H.S.s, and then in 1965 my family moved to Pennsylvania, and I lost track of her. Someone once told me she taught at UND, but as I've lived and taught in Oregon for 40+ years, I never got close to ND or Grand Rapids. When we were kids, I remember day-long games of bridge and twilight games of "capture the flag" in our neighborhood. Her parents and my mine were big...

Such a spirited and joyful friend who was robbed of. her joy by her cancer. I loved Denise as my friend and I always felt loved by her. I have some great photos to share of her and will if requested by her family.

I was also a Kalamazoo College friend and that’s the photo I took of Neeci and three other pals during Christmas break in Venice during our Foreign Study semester.
I kept in touch with Neeci after graduation. She and her then husband visited us here in San Diego. Several of us met up at our 15th year “K” reunion. I saw Neeci only once after her surgeries when she was a prominent speaker at a conference in LA, albeit wheelchair bound. My husband and I enjoyed a rich visit and Larry was...

Denise was a good friend back in Grand Forks. We had many laughs together. She had a heart of gold and kindness. Blessings to her family

Denise was my friend, a member of our "posse" of women at Kalamazoo College from 1968-72. I remember her as a vibrant personality with a great sense of humor. Her passing makes me sad. I lost touch with her in the early 2000's, around the time she entered the care facility. May her memory be eternal.

Neeci was a good friend at K College. We were just speaking about her today after finding this photo from New Year’s Eve in Venice from 1970 and then I found her obituary. We had tried to track her down for years, but I only knew she was somewhere in Grand Rapids. This is obviously not what we wanted to find. Neeci was a great spirit and one of my favorite bridge partners. I know she fought a valiant battle all those years and I’m sorry we never got to say goodbye. My heartfelt condolences...

I’d often see Denise on UND’s campus, where we both taught, or at campus related events, and it was hard to miss her. She sparkled. She was lovely and lively and always buoyant, brimming with abundance. She was sunshine, and on days like today I’ll remember the source of that radiance from the sky.
