Not sure what to say?

Denise was a next door neighbor of mine for several years....we looked out for each other...she was also a teacher of both of my kids...our cat loved to sleep in her pretty gardens...denise affected all of our lives one way or another....she was a sweet person, this is a great loss for her family and her friends.

Ms. Wenzel wasn't only a history teacher at Marshall Middle School, she was family. I am one of her 7th grade students, and I know how much of a joy she brought in her class everyday. When we walked into her class, she always smiled, and if we wanted her to she would walk it out. She will never be forgotten, she is in God's hands now.

May, the Lord bring this family comfort and peace from above.

Mrs. Wenzel had such a joyful and friendly countenance. I attended Vincent while she taught there, and though I never had her as a teacher, I kind of felt like I had. She was so friendly and interested in all students, not just those on her roll. It was a delight to walk past her room, because it was so encouraging! Thanks Mrs. Wenzel for being such a great example of what a Christ-filled life looks like. I look forward to kicking it in heaven with you one day! : )

Ms. Wenzel
I think her smile sums her up!! Always positive and friendly. I worked with her for a long time at Vincent and the one image that I could visualize in my head when I heard about the tragedy was the way that she bounced around campus with that contagious smile on her face. I will miss you!! I know that we really didn't keep in contact when I left Vincent but I have always considered her as a dear friend of mine. I know GOD has a place for her in heaven because He will always...

Denise was a very special neighbor. Always smiling. I will miss talking to her when she walked her dog. I pray for her family and friends to be comforted by Jesus until they meet again.

I met Denise when I worked with her at MASH hospital. Denise was a such a special person. Sweet, caring, disciplined and commited to her work and family. She was in my wedding and I hers and was a cherished friend even though it was hard to stay in touch with our busy lives. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family during this difficult time. Just remember that she'll always be with you in spirit.
