Not sure what to say?

Sure miss my old friend.

Send my love & Respect to the Family of Dennis may he Rest In Peace. I met Dennis through Dennis’s nephew my close friend Bobby & my Auntie Belinda. The night I met him he told me 2 things that that stuck with me Dennis heard I like to fight & how strong I was in lifting weights so he said ( he might’ve said it a little different ) “ your a big Guy if I was younger I would like to fight you to see who would win “ This part is Word for Word he said “ I Got some good people in...

I got to know mr.Dennis through Kolleen. He was such a hoot, always telling me I was a pretty thing. He made me laugh, and always had a great attitude towards life. He knew he was passing, and not once talked about it,he just kept on living! What a beautiful soul to remember and I know he cherished his daughter so much, and John and kaitlynn for opening up their home and getting those moments with them everyday! Loosing someone is never easy, but slowly waiting till they take their last breath...

He will be dearly missed. I enjoyed picking on him and him with me. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He would call me his “oldest daughter.”. We shared many many laughs and I will always remember him telling us over and over again, “Y’all good people, I’ve never met people like y’all!” What he didn’t understand is that we’d never met someone like him and that he touched our hearts. We frequently told him that we loved him, all I can do is hope that he really knew that was...

Mr. Dennis always made me laugh. He will be missed deeply. Sending prayers to his family.

I knew the very first time I met him that he was a kind soul and was lucky to have been called his friend. Whenever I visited NOLA and ran across him ... he always had a genuine smile and open arms to welcome me in his surroundings. I thank Jeannie and Lyle for introducing me to him. I will always remember his kindness and will be there at his memorial in spirit. My deepest sympathy to his surviving family
