Dennis taught me how to do my job with a joy and passion that I did not know was possible. He investigated with skill and thoughtfulness, and his sense of justice was a sight to see. Even though I will miss Dennis, I am lucky. I got to know an incredible person, and we became friends.

I worked with Dennis at the SEC. Dennis was truly the champion of investors. His dedication, intelligence and desire to “do right” for the investing public was unsurpassed.
