Not sure what to say?

Chef Bird was my mentor i. Park City at The Yarrow Restaurant in 1981. I still use the skills I acquired from working with him. I was mentioning him to my wife as I was reminiscing about my time in Park City. God Bless you in Heaven Chef Bird

Thank you for all your guidence. The short amount of time I had to spend with you doesn't amount to the knowledge and professionalism you showed and expressed to me. A true man and a true chef

I fill very fortunate and lucky to have met Denny. We first met in Kindergarten.

THANK YOU DENNIS FOR YOUR SHORT FRIENDSHIP WE HAD WHEN YOU WOULD COME INTO THE SHOP TO GET YOUR CUTLERY SHARPENED, YOU WERE A VERY KIND MAN AND WILL BE MISSED!

Dear Linda, Bird's Cafe was a magical time in the lives of many. Dennis was an extraordinary chef, friend and mentor to so many people. The seven years spent with you holds way too many memories to write here. The staff loved you, we loved to work with you. Everything was so special all the time.

My favorite memory was each Fri/Sat night, after the dinner rush, you and Dennis would dress for dinner and come out into the restaurant to relax and enjoy it all.

We will all miss...

Linda, and Ruth
I didn't know Dennis but I felt like I did, Diana was a good friend of mine and she talked about him often. I remember how excited she was when Linda came into his life! I remember when Clark would talk about Dennis with pride. Ruth my thoughts are with you and can only imagine how difficult this is for you! Linda I am also so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers will be with you all. Love Susan Goodman

I didn't know Dennis well, but we at SYSCO are very sorry to lose him. He will be missed. May his family and friends find comfort in the full life Dennis lived.

Have worked with Dennis in the past
in the food service business. Was a fellow employee at SYSCO

Dear Bird Family,

I am so sorry for your loss at this time. Dennis is a wonderful man and it was wonderful to work with him. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
