Not sure what to say?

My father battled the fight of his life the last few months. No longer shall he have pain or suffering. He is with Grandma, Grandpa and Ronnie now. I miss him dearly but find comfort knowing he is now pain free. I believe that he is running everyday beside me simply because he now can. I loved him and continue to love him for being such a wonderful father to me. Although he passed so young, his legacy and memories will always be instilled in my heart and passed on to his future grandchildren....

Although we are not the ones who keep the "life clock", my instinct is to say "too soon - he is gone too soon". He was three years ahead of me in school, and I always thought he was bigger than life. He had a special, self-deprecating humor that was very intact in San Antonio three years ago. Clearly his passing leaves a great void in his family, and I ask that they each find peace. Only the good times.

My thoughts and prayers have been with the Brewster family since Dennis's passing. I'm so glad I spoke to him last year. Somehow, we military brats manage to keep in touch with each other. It's ironic but his nephew Travis, Garys son lives 5 miles from me in Florida. I first met Dennis at the Hickham gym. All 155 pounds of me was in awe of both he and Gary. Needless to say, I felt very safe when we,d go to downtown Honolulu. For me, I'll always remember the fun we had at parties, seeing...

My prayers are with all of family members. Dennis will be missed. May God peace heal the hurt you feel today and replace it with the best of memories. James Robinson

My thoughts and prayers extend to the entire family in your loss.
I will always hold the memory of his friendship in a special place. He contributed to some of the best teenage memories I have of Hickam.

I am grateful to have know Dennis from Hickam AFB in our high school years, and then once again at our Wahine Kapu reunion 3 years ago in San Antonio. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dennis the Brew man. What a stud. He may have been a guard with the bears but he was the biggest tackle we had. He was so good he went both ways. Always had the sweatiest and dirtiest uniform. He played with his heart, he was a team mate to remember and he will be missed.

I too was saddened by Dennis' passing. I only remember him from our teenage years at Hickam, and of course the reunion in San Antonio, but he always struck me as such a gentle and kind person. My deepest condolences to the family and all who were close to Dennis.

I was saddened to hear of Dennis' passing. I have great memories of our years together playing football at BYU.
He was a friend and great example to all of us on the team. My sympathy goes out to his wife and family. He will be missed.
