Dennis Rudolf Brybag, 74, of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully at home on July 20, 2025. Dennis was born on November 5, 1950, in Paramaribo, Suriname, to the late Rudolf and Leonie Brybag.
Dennis graduated from Fort Hamilton High School and dedicated his entire career at Verizon, where he retired as a manager. He enjoyed fishing and spending time on his boat. He loved to spend time fixing things, attending family get-togethers, and spending weekends at his home in Margaretville.
Dennis is survived by his three children Denise, Michael, and Magen, his partner Robin, his three grandchildren, Justin, Joseph, and Lina, and his siblings, Errol, Jacintha, and Marjorie.

Dennis was my foreman at verizon. He was a great guy who tried to be tough, but was really a big teddy bear. He was a really fair boss, and when u dropped his glasses to the end of his nose...look out! I retired 5 years ago, but will always have fond memories of " Brybag" RIP Dennis, you were a great guy.
