Not sure what to say?

So saddened to learn of Dennis's death. I worked at WFDF across from Halo Burger from the late seventies until 1985. I believe that Dennis stopped in the station every single Friday during those years. I always enjoyed talking with him. I miss you, my friend.

Really missing Dennis today. Always stopped by and searched me out downtown even if I wasn't in the office. He knew all my church family even though he wasn't a member. Genuinely concerned about how everyone was doing. If only all our friends could be like Dennis. Looking forward to walking up to your mansion in heaven and knocking on your door buddy. I'll let you introduce me to everybody, because I know you'll know them all. Rest in Peace Mr. Burr.

Dennis was a very interesting guy. Whenever I had lunch at the U of M he would always stop by to chat about county government. He was very sharp and very aware of the world around him. I have missed him lately.

I knew Dennis from when I worked downtown Flint. He was a very nice, friendly gentleman. I enjoyed our lunches together.

Dennis, the members at First Presbyterian Church - Flint will miss you. You were loved by all. Your smiling face, kind words and friendly greetings will be remembered by us all for a long time. Sunday morning breakfast will not be the same without you.
