So sad to hear of Doc’s passing. My sincere condolences. I remember him as a great father with an equally great sense of humor. A man with so many friends leaves behind lasting memories to all he has touched. We are all a little better for knowing you. Farewell my friend.

We're sorry to hear of Doc's passing. I would see Marilyn at the post office now and then to ask how he was doing. I see in the obituary how he told jokes to people and I wish I could remember some when we worked cattle with him, but I know it made the work we were doing a lot easier! My deepest sympathies to all of Dr. Carr's family. He is probably one of the reasons I became a large animal veterinarian. I always had great respect and admired him as a veterinarian and the generous and genuine person he was! He at one time was the veterinarian for the farm I grew up on between Fennimore and Stitzer and was highly regarded by my parents. He touched many lives, perhaps unknown to even him. I am sure you all have grand stories and love to pass on for many generations...
