Dennis was my brother, the oldest of three children. Our mom and dad were thrilled to have a son. Den wanted to work with dad after high school, but my dad encouraged him to work for a company where he would have benefits and a retirement plan. Dennis was a dear friend for many years and I am deeply sorry that we lost touch after Carole and I moved to Florida. Dennis and I joined the Coast Guard together. Our serial numbers are on number apart. We also shared a love of horses, cars and of course pretty girls. It does not surprise me that Dennis kept horses as a adult.
