Not sure what to say?

Can’t say enough about “Chief”. He was the leader of our circle of friends that we called The Group. Many, many weekends we spent together, getting into trouble, partying at Brush Lake, music at the Auditorium, Coalridge, etc. Lucky for me I had an opportunity to BS with the Chief at our last reunion. He still inspired, even after all those years. I’m a little late in thisRIP Chief.
Late Larry

Dennis was several things to me over the years, at first an auditor and later a mentor, sounding board, and friend. I first met Dennis about 28 years ago when I started a new job in hospital finance and was instructed to go to Glasgow to spend a day with him to learn what was important. He ended up making me a little mad before the day was over, but in retrospect I think he did it on purpose to see what I was made of. Ultimately Dennis’s influence and interest in me helped shape my career...

Our thoughts and prayers are extended to the family of Dennis Chandler. May he Rest in Peace.

My condolences to you, Cleo, and to the extended family. My thoughts are with you.

To The Chandler Family,

I am so sorry for your loss and am thinking of you at this time.

Dennis meant so much to me, and nearly every other young administrator, as we began our hospital careers. His guidance and fundamental views of how to approach operational challenges have been the cornerstone of my entire career. From the 14 bed hospital in Culbertson, MT to my current 545 bed medical center in Sioux Falls, SD.

His direct approach in communicating always...

Dennis was a good friend for all of the 23 years I have lived in Glasgow. We spent many days on the golf course together, at Knights of Columbus dinners and events, working together at FMDH, and on many projects of his constant remodeling of his residence here. Dennis liked to tell it like it is, which many did not understand. Those of us that knew Dennis more fully understood that his straight talk came from an honest concern for the people with which he was dealing. We saw the kindness...

I enjoyed visited him a couple years ago after not seeing him since then RIP.

Dennis did me a great good deed when we were sophomores in high school. I suspect he never realized how appreciative I was? I should have told him these many years later. I looked up his address, but never followed through. Life is fleeting. For us all. Sympathy to Dennis's family. Thankful Always. Gen Severson
