Not sure what to say?

Mr. Chrustic was one of the greatest influences of my youth. A coach and friend, Mr. Chrustic saw in people what others did not. You would not think that Junior High School football would be influential in your life, but when you played for Mr. Chrustic you received life lessons that carry through 35 years later. See the best in people. Value effort, hard work, honesty, integrity and commmitment. Elevate the underdog. Those who played for Mr. Chrustic will remember the "Purple O" and...

Coach Chrustic was one of greatest influences in my life. He mentored and disciplined me as a young man while attending Greenview JR HS. He followed my progress through HS and College football. Now as a coach for youth football for over 25 yrs much of my style is patterned on how he coached us. Play Tough, Play Clean and never give in to Fatigue! My sympathy to the Chrustic Family he was truly a great man who impacted my life in many ways!

I absolutely loved Denny Chrustic. He was a friend, confidant, mentor, teacher, and a trusted golf partner. Even though I haven't seen Denny in a few years I think of him every time I drive through Garfield. I will miss you Denny and will pray for Bee, your children and your grandchildren for their untimely loss. You were a beautiful soul. Jim Dasher

To the Chrustic family, we just want to reach out to you in any way possible. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Brian and I are so deeply saddened by the loss of Denny. He was such a gregarious man - we loved him very much. We will keep you Bea, and your family in our prayers! Love, Annmarie and Brian

Al, Jennifer, and Sam Huge send their love and prayers to the Chrustic family. We are deeply saddened to hear about your profound loss. The strength of your family will get you through. I will not be able to attend the service but our thoughts have been with you since we received the news. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Take care.

My thoughts and sympathy goes out to the entire Chrustic family...Mr. Chrustic was a great man and his qualities were passed on to his children...Denny has his leadership, Steve his competitive nature, and Mary and Chrissy his strength...I will never forget Mr. Chrustic's "greeting" a solid punch in the back followed by a smile and his ever present cigar...He will be missed by many...

Denny and Steve, my thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time ...

Dear Bea & Family,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand as you go through this process. We wish we could be there with you. We will always remember the good times we had from Faculty Wives to Michigan Saturdays. God bless.
