Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family. I attended St Benedict grade school with Dennis. He was a very bright student. I can't remember if he skipped kindergarten or the first grade. I remember him playing center on the St Benedict foot ball team. We were city champs that year. Jim Kolenich was the quarterback. I don't remember Dennis attending Benedictine High School. I think he may have opted to go to Cathedral Latin.
Last night I looked up Kolenich using Google. Then I looked up Dennis and...

Judy and I are going to miss Denny. He was a good friend and acoustician. He was always concerned about what he would do after he retired but he seems to have solved that problem. May the force be with you Denny.

We are very sad that Denny has left us but take comfort in knowing that his suffering is over and he is in a better place. Denny and his parents are smiling down on us now. No longer are there difficult decisions to make about whether or not to retire or which PC to buy or how to find yet one more way to cook his beans. Maybe “up there” the PCs will “just work” the way Denny always wanted them to. We will miss his calls and emails and visits to Michigan and cherish the good times we had...

Today is Denny's birthday (Aug. 11th) He will be missed very much; these last few years we were closer than ever. I thank the Lord for having a nice dad to teach me the importance of a good sense of humor and finding God through my childhood years. My children call him Pappy Toad Man! He lives almost 5 hours away and especially the youngest needs me to remind them of the toads in his backyard & how they like building houses for them with flat slate rocks.
Fondly,
Stacey Lyman-Payne,...

Lisa&Mike Wedding Reception 6/2007

We were very saddened to hear about Dennis' death. I am his first cousin on his mother's side of the family. Patty Salanci Tomaszewski. Aunt Margaret, Uncle Ed and Dennis would visit at the holidays and at vacation times. We always had a good time and fun. Dennis will be missed and in our prayers.

To Denny's Family,

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Denny's passing. We shared our job experiences and opinions during my 28 years at Pratt & Whitney. I always found Denny's personal and professional advice most helpful. He certainly will be missed.

I am a member of Denny's "workplace family." Denny's sudden illness and subsequent passing has been a shock to us all. He will be dearly missed. Sitting near Denny for many years, I expect to hear him laughing or complaining about something he is trying to figure out. Even though he was a very private person, he did speak of his step-daughter.

Denny was one of the most humble, unassuming people that I have ever known. He carved himself a permanent place in our hearts where he will...
