As a former patient of Dr. C, I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He ws a remarkable person who dedicated his life and making other people see what life has to offer, I feel lucky to have know such a man. His family are in my thoughts and prayers.

As a former patient of Dr. C's, I just want to say how shocked and saddened I am by this loss. My sincere thoughts go out to the family. This is a true loss for the Massachusetts Eating Disorder Community. Dr. Czakowski was truely a remarkable, remarkable human being.
