I met Dennis when he came to work in Anaheim, CA in the mid 1960's. We were both engineers designing inertial navigation systems for Autonetics. We shared a large, old ranch house with several other guys who all worked at the same place.
His dedication to world peace became evident in the run up to the 1968 Democratic National Convention when he decided to stage a rally for the peace candidate Eugene McCarthy at our house. He managed to get McCarthy's daughter to come and speak. We all...
